Production Workers
(The Netherlands)
We are seeking diligent and motivated Production Workers to join our team at various legal cannabis facilities across the Netherlands. As a Production Worker, you will play an essential role in the cultivation, processing, and packaging of high-quality cannabis products. Your attention to detail and adherence to strict regulatory standards will ensure that our products meet the highest levels of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivation: Assist in the cultivation process, including planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting cannabis plants. Monitor plant health and report any issues to the cultivation manager.
Processing: Participate in the trimming, drying, and curing of cannabis flowers. Ensure that all processing tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Packaging: Accurately weigh and package cannabis products for distribution. Label products correctly and ensure that all packaging meets regulatory requirements.
Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and consistency at various stages of production. Report any discrepancies or quality concerns to the quality assurance team.
Compliance: Follow all local and national regulations regarding cannabis production. Maintain accurate records and logs as required by regulatory bodies.
Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Sanitize equipment and workspaces regularly to prevent contamination.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably within the cannabis industry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of cannabis cultivation and processing techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Fluency in Dutch; proficiency in English is a plus.
Legal eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or training in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field.
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry standards.
Experience using production equipment and machinery.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
