My Story

I’ve been part of this industry for as long as I can remember. From rolling joints with friends to walking the floors of Spannabis years later, cannabis has never just been a business for me. It’s a culture, a community, and a movement.

Over the years I’ve done it all. I’ve been a grower, an extractor, a budtender, a trainer, and even an award winner. I’ve worked in coffeeshops, organized events, and helped build cannabis brands from the ground up. I’ve seen every side of this world, from the legacy era to the emerging legal markets, and that full-circle experience is what drives everything I do today.

After more than a decade working between California and Amsterdam, I started to see a gap. The people shaping the cannabis world weren’t always the ones being hired to build it. Too many recruiting agencies felt corporate and disconnected, all suits and no soul.

I started Right Linq to change that. We connect talent and companies that respect the plant and value authenticity. We place people who fit both the role and the culture, and we support teams with training and consulting that raise the standard across the industry.

I believe we’re laying the foundation for something bigger than any one brand. The work we do today will shape what this industry looks like for decades. I live what I preach. I’m an active and healthy stoner, I love life, and I love helping people grow.
